Yesterday I had the honor of spending time with a wonderful woman who has been a pastor’s wife longer than I have.
I won’t say how much longer! ;-)
In our conversation she directed me to Psalm 62 which has been a comfort to her and now I want to commit it to my own memory.
Let me share with you these words of comfort…
“My soul waits in silence for God only, from Him is my salvation. He only is my rock and my salvation, my stronghold; I shall not be greatly shaken. How long will you assail a man, that you may murder him all of you, like a leaning wall, like a tottering fence?” – Psalm 62:1-3
